If you would like to submit a artwork for consideration, please ensure that your work meets these guidelines before contacting the gallery by email: 

• Submit between 10 and 20 images from a single body of work. Smaller bodies of work may be considered but are rarely accepted. Original artwork only, we do not accept reproductions of original artwork.

• The Exhibition Committee reviews proposed artwork via digital submission only; keep this in mind when preparing your submission. The preferred format is images formatted to 2000 pixels on longest edge, 300 ppi. Please be sure that the total size of your uploaded files does not exceed 10 mb. All images should be free of watermarks. Title each image with artists name First_Last_title_size_medium_price. Only submissions received this format will be reviewed.

• Additionally, include a concise artist statement and CV submitted in electronic format as part of your proposal. A PDF is preferred.

• The Exhibition Committee will not review work that does not meet these guidelines. Old Main Gallery cannot respond to inquiries about the status of a submission, nor is the Exhibition Committee able to offer feedback or reasoning for rejected submissions. Any artwork physically submitted to the gallery or dropped off in person will be rejected.
